Why I use an executive assistant
Time is the one resource I can't get back.
Time is the only truly non-renewable resource I have. Money comes back. Energy comes back overnight. Time doesn't. Every hour I spend on something someone else could do well is an hour I don't get to spend on the handful of decisions only I can make.
I think of delegation as stewardship, not laziness. Judgment stays with me — execution gets shared. I still decide what matters and why. I just stop being the one who has to do every step of getting there.
