Health & Fitness / Executive Performance

Your body is the platform everything else runs on.

Build a body that can carry the vision, with private performance coaching on one side and access to clinician-led testing, labs, and medical oversight on the other, when appropriate and available through an independent clinical program.

Why high performers let their health slide

It's rarely a lack of discipline. It's a calendar that rewards everyone else's priorities and a body that doesn't send an invoice until much later — a missed flight of energy, a short fuse by 4pm, a checkup that raises questions you'd rather not answer this quarter.

Most operators know what to do. What breaks down is the system: training that can't survive a travel week, a sleep schedule built for a different life, and no honest read on what's actually happening week to week.

Coaching exists to rebuild that system around the life you actually have — not the one you'd have if work disappeared.

The ideal plan
The real executive week
  • Training
  • Travel
  • Work collision
  • Family

The plan on the left is not wrong. It just never meets the week on the right. Systems have to survive travel, work, and family, or they are not systems.

The Executive Performance OS

Four systems. Select one to see what coaching covers inside it.

Strength and conditioning that survives a travel week.

  • Programs built around hotel gyms, red-eyes, and back-to-back weeks, not an ideal week that never shows up.
  • Progressive load once the foundation holds, so the work keeps paying without wrecking recovery.

Gauges are illustrative of emphasis across the 12 weeks, not measurements or outcomes.

A coordinated performance system

One goal. Two expert tracks.

Most programs make you choose between execution support and medical care. This program coordinates access to both while keeping the responsibilities, records, and decisions clearly separate.

Independent provider

Licensed-clinician medical care

  • Telehealth medical evaluation
  • At-home or coordinated lab testing and blood work, where available
  • Medical history, medication, and contraindication review
  • Lab and biomarker interpretation
  • Medical nutrition guidance within clinician scope
  • Treatment discussion, informed consent, and monitoring where indicated
  • FDA-approved therapies when clinically appropriate
  • Compounded or peptide-based therapies only when lawful and the clinician determines they are appropriate

The bridge

The clinician handles medicine. I help you execute.

Labs and medical insight do not create habits by themselves. Coaching and accountability do not replace diagnosis or medical care. Each side stays in its lane while supporting the same goals: a health system you can actually follow.

Dalton provides coaching, not medical care. Medical evaluation, labs, diagnosis, prescribing, monitoring, and treatment decisions are provided independently by licensed clinicians. Eligibility, services, treatment options, and availability vary by patient and jurisdiction. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

The 12-week arc

A course with checkpoints, not a diet with a deadline.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Baseline & audit

We map your habits, schedule, and starting point. If you choose and qualify for the clinical pathway, the independent clinician handles medical evaluation and any labs.
  2. Weeks 3–6

    Foundations

Sleep, strength, walking, and protein-forward consistency — the small set of things that move everything else.
  3. Weeks 7–10

    Load & rhythm

Progressive training, travel protocols, and stress rhythms that hold up when the schedule gets harder, not just when it's easy.
  4. Weeks 11–12

    Ownership

You leave with your own system, a scorecard, and a plan for next quarter — built to run without me in the room.

Two tracks, clearly separated

Track 01: Performance coaching

  • Kickoff, performance strategy, and full schedule audit
  • Personalized training structure built around your calendar
  • Habits, mindset, accountability, and non-medical nutrition support
  • Weekly 1:1 call, scorecard, and progress conversation
  • Travel and high-workload adjustments
  • Member perks on recovery, nutrition, and performance tools

Track 02: Clinical pathway

Access to an independent U.S.-based licensed-clinician program, subject to clinician availability, state eligibility, and medical appropriateness.

  • Telehealth evaluation and medical history review
  • Lab and blood-work coordination, as available
  • Lab and biomarker interpretation
  • Medical nutrition guidance within clinician scope
  • Treatment discussion and monitoring where indicated
  • FDA-approved therapy when clinically appropriate
  • Compounded medication only where lawful and clinically appropriate; compounded medications are not FDA-approved
  • Peptide-based therapies may be considered only when medically appropriate and lawfully available

Member perks

Exclusive brand partnerships and access to these and many more brands.

Coaching works better when execution gets easier. These are the products and services I already use and recommend inside the system.

Some partner links are affiliate or referral relationships; they cost you nothing extra. Discount terms are set by each partner.

Track 02 / Medical care

Independent clinician evaluation and oversight

Members may request review through an independent U.S.-based licensed-clinician program to discuss concerns such as body composition or weight management, recovery, metabolic health, or energy and fatigue. These are topics for evaluation, not promised outcomes. Only the clinician determines whether testing, medical nutrition guidance, an FDA-approved therapy, a compounded medication, or a peptide-based therapy is medically appropriate and lawfully available.

Dalton does not evaluate, diagnose, prescribe, or monitor treatment. The independent clinician handles medical history and medication review, labs, diagnosis, informed consent, contraindications, risks and benefits, prescribing, and ongoing monitoring. No medication or prescription is automatic. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

How the two paths work together

  1. 01

    Define the goal

You and Dalton establish performance and lifestyle goals.

  2. 02

    Assess

If you choose and qualify, the clinician evaluates health history and labs.

  3. 03

    Build the plan

Dalton handles execution. The clinician independently handles any medical plan.

  4. 04

    Review

Coaching scorecards and clinician follow-up remain separate but aligned to your goals.

Clinical information stays with the medical provider unless you choose to share relevant information with coaching, consistent with applicable privacy rules.

06

Coaching vs. medical care

Two coordinated paths, with responsibilities kept in plain view.

What coaching does
What your clinician does
Builds training, sleep, and nutrition habits around your schedule.
Diagnoses conditions and orders labs or imaging.
Tracks trend data you already have access to (HR, sleep, weight, training log).
Interprets bloodwork and clinical test results.
Holds you accountable to a weekly system and reviews progress.
Prescribes medication, supplements, or treatment protocols.
Flags when something looks off and points you to get it checked.
Evaluates and manages any injury or medical condition.
Helps you build sustainable habits over 12 weeks and beyond.
Provides ongoing medical oversight and emergency care.

If you have an existing condition, are on medication, or haven't had a physical recently, loop in your clinician before we start. That's a feature of the process, not a delay.

Is this a fit?

This is for you if

  • You're leading a team or running a business.
  • You're willing to track and report weekly — even when it's not going well.
  • You want a system you can keep, not a hack that expires.
  • You're open to clinician involvement where it's warranted.
  • You're ready to be honest about what's actually happening.

This isn't for you if

  • You're looking for a quick fix or a diet.
  • You aren't willing to invest into your health consistently.
  • You're unwilling to change anything on the calendar.
  • You're unwilling to get extremely uncomfortable and disciplined.
  • You don't want to be held to a higher standard.

This is coaching, not medical care.

Nothing here is medical advice, and no outcome — weight, strength, or otherwise — is promised or guaranteed. Talk to a licensed clinician before changing your exercise or nutrition, especially if you have an existing condition, take medication, or haven't been evaluated recently. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
